If I could give this company a -10 star I would. We were scheduled to close jan 12. On jan. 8 we were given the clear to be able to close 2 days early on jan 10. They told the lenders to draw up closing papers. Later in the day we were told we could NOT close because they found a $27,000 lien against the property we were purchasing. This is a lien they should have immediately found far in advance and as a result my family of 6 was left homeless. I am in contact with a real estate attorney and will pursue any and all means of recourse
